By a Staff Reporter : The salaries of central government employees are going to increase in 2022.The fitment factor of central and state government employees will increase.The minimum wage may also increase.The government workers wanted the fitment factor to be increased from 2.58 percent to 3.8 percent.That demand is going to be fulfilled in 2022.The center will decide on the fitment factor before the budget.Then the minimum wage will increase for government employees.Political experts predict that the Union Cabinet will approve the fitment factor for central government employees.If approved by the cabinet before the budget, its cost will be kept.There is no need to include the draft budget before the budget.If the fitment factor increases, the minimum salary will be 8000 rupees.
