BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Calcutta High Court has issued strict instructions to the State and Election Commission on the upcoming polls in Kolkata. The court said that the poll has to be held as soon as possible. In addition, elections have to be held in fewer phases. There is no suspension in kolkata municiple corporation vote.
