WINTER RELIEF WORK ORGANISED BY SRI RAMAKRISHNA SEVASHRAM,TIKATAL.

Khordha(28/12):On the occasion of birthday celebration of Sri Sri Maa Sarada Devi, a Winter Relief Work was organized by Sri Ramakrishna Sevashrama, Tikatal, Khorda. On behalf of Ramakrihna Mission ,Belur Math the winter relief work was conducted by Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Puri. H.H Swami KrishnaKrupananda had distributed one hundred blankets to the needy widows and old women of the locality .

Prior to that there was a talk on Life and Teachings of Sri Sri Maa Sarada Devi. Bhajan,Kirtan and other rituals were conducted by the resident acharya Swami Bhagabatananda Puri ,the founder of Sri Ramakrishana Sevashram, Tikatal.

On 1st January 2022,the New Year would be celebrated as the Kalpataru Day of Sri Ramakrisha Paramhansa. On this occasion Japa,Dhyana,Bhajan,Kirtan and discussions on Sri Ramakrishana Kalpataru Prasanga would be conducted.
Like every year on 12th January , Swami Vivekananda's birthday would be celebrated as National Youth Day. To mark the event several Quiz and Debate competitions based on Life and Teachings of Swami Vivekananda would be conducted among the School and College students of the locality. To encourage the students and youths of all events the winners and participants would be awarded.
