50th Foundation Day of Vivekananda Kendra  Celebrated by  Paschimbanga Prant, Vivekananda Rock Memorial & Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari.

By a Staff Reporter: Kolkata (7/1): Every problem has a solution, every obstacle is an opportunity,” said Eknath Ranade, who established Vivekananda Kendra- the nation wide Spirituality Oriented Service Mission that started its journey on 7th January 1972.

Paschimbanga pranta celebrated on this very day i.e. on 7th January, 2022 its glorious 50th Foundation day. The programme was attended by eminent personalities and karyakartas of Paschimbanga, Assam and Tripura.

The celebration started with mangalacharan by Sh. Shubho Bagdi and Sarita Sehgal's rashtrasangeet. Su. Debdutta Das read out from the book of Vivekananda Rock Memorial on the mission and vision of Ma. Eknath Ranade. Sh. Arnab Maji iterated 'Tin Satya' presented by Swami Vivekananda,Rishi Arabinda and Mahatma Gandhi from a part of the letter of Ma. Padmashree Nivedita Didi.

The distinguished speaker Adaraniya Niharendu Dhar, Barak Vibhag Pramukh-Assam prant, Asst. Registrar Assam University spoke about the initiation, history, importance of Vivekananda Kendra.
Sushri. Soma Manna recited one of the important Karma Yoga slokas from the Geeta and explained the meaning .

Speaking on the significance of the Foundation day, Mananiya Vishwas Lapalkar sketched how Vivekananda Kendra worked on Swami Vivekananda's philosophy and the Karma Yogi Mananiya Eknath Ranade's mission and vision i,e; "one life one mission". Along with Adarniya Nirmalya Bhattacharyya prant saha sanchalak and Aadaraniya Malavika Chatterjee prant saha pramukh , Abhijit Paul, Anuradha Das, Arnab Maji, Asha Basak , Balaram Kundu, Balaram Das, Bijan Saha, Bijaya Laxmi Barman , Bikash Chakraborty, Goutam Deb, Ila Das, Jayahari Jana, Jaydeep Das Gupta, Sanatan Mahakud, Kartik Kr. Das, Kathamrita Bhattacharya, Malabika Chatterjee, Manika Singha, Manjari Das, Nemai Chand Guin, Nirmal Das, Partha Deb, Pradeep Jaiswal, Pralaya Dhali, Rabindranath Mondal, Ramesh Chrakroborty, Sampa Das, Sandeep Day. Soma Bhattacharya, Soma Manna, Soma Raha,Sonu Jaiswal, Soumitra Kishore Sarkar, Subha Bagdi,Sujit Jaiswal, Susmit Saha and other dayitwavaan karyakartas from Paschimbanga, Assam, Tripura were present in this programme.
