BY A STAFF REPORTER: BSP Chief Mayawati will not contest in UP Election. General secretary SC Misra said that information. He also said that, he too will not contest the state election that is set to be held in seven phases between February 10 and March 7. Misra is a Rajya Sabha member. The BSP will contest all 403 seats in Uttar Pradesh alone.
