Dawood's brother, Iqbal was running an international drug cartel from Mumbai jail

 NCB arrested Dawood Ibrahim's brother Iqbal Kaskar in a drugs case. Iqbal Kaskar was in jail serving sentence for Thane extortion racket.  He was allegedly running a drug cartel across Mumbai and Jammu and Kashmir from prison. NCB sleuths are likely to question him on his involvement in the cartel and source of drug funding.
