By a Staff Reporter: Former MLA from Bishnupur assembly constituency Tushar Kanti Bhattacharya passed away. He was 83 years old at the time of his death. He was admitted to Bishnupur Super Speciality Hospital due to old age related ailments. That's where he is said to have died.
