By a Staff Reporter: Surjit Sengupta's physical condition has deteriorated again. He is currently being treated at a hospital in Bypass. Its oxygen level is 94 to 98 percent. He is also known to have symptoms of encephalopathy. Blood pressure levels are also critical. At the moment, Sports Minister Arup Biswas has decided to form a medical board for the former footballer.
