Congress MPs walked out in protest of the PM's speech!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was responding to a motion of thanks in the Rajya Sabha by President Ram Nath Kovind. In his speech, Modi attacked the Congress. Then the Congress MPs walked out.Senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharg said, "We've walked out of the PM Speech on Motion of Thanks because instead of speaking on President's Address he accused Congress.House has members of all parties & they speak on all schemes.
