By A Staff Reporter : President Ramnath Kovind is on a four-day visit to Mumbai to inaugurate the new Durbar Hall at Raj Bhavan. He is welcomed at the airport by Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari and State Ministers Aaditya Thackeray & Aditi Tatkare and Chief Secretary Debashish Chakravarti.
