Congress will not get more than 20-30 seats, predicts capt Amarinder Singh

By A Staff Reporter : Capt Amarinder Singh predicted Congress on election day in Punjab.  According to him, the Congress is looking at him with what he got in this election. But he insisted that the Congress would not get much of the 20-30 seats. He said abaout election that more than 30 per cent voter turnout has been recorded till 1 pm, which is a good sign. Also said, ''We will see very good wins in Patiala and the surrounding seats. If the BJP-PLC and Dhindha's party get a good response, then what more do we need.'' At the same time, the captain taunted Channi. Said, ''What is Charanjit Channi? Is he a magician that in 3 months he can perform miracles in Punjab?. Giving all the credit to try to make him a hero before the elections....I think both (Channi and Navjot S Sidhu) are useless.''
