By A Staff Reporter : Former Army Chief General Sunith Francis Rodrigues passed away today.He was 88. Rodrigues was born in 1933 in Bombay.He was the Chief of the Indian Army from 1990 to 1993.On 8 November 2004, he became the Governor of Punjab and the Administrator of the Union Territory of Chandigarh.Army Chief General MM Naravane expresses his heartfelt condolences on the passing away of General SF Rodrigues
