ShivSena leader Sanjay Raut alleged the tapping of phones of "several opposition leaders in the states where elections are being held". He said, "I am worried about Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav in Uttar Pradesh. In this country, opposition leaders - especially in the states where elections are taking place - are being targeted by phone tapping. Yesterday, we got this huge information about Goa leaders tapping phones."
