BY A STAFF REPORTER: After losing five states in the assembly polls, Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi sought resignation of party chiefs of five states to facilitate the reconstitution of The Pradesh Congress Committee. After that notice, Sidhu put his resignation letter. Sidhu tweeted that, 'As desired by the Congress President I have sent my resignation'.
