By A Staff Reporter : A sailing boat parade was organized in Puducherry. The boat parade was organized on Saturday at Pondicherry beach in collaboration with the Pondicherry Sailing Association and the French Consulate.The event was inaugurated by the Consulate General of France in Puducherry & Chennai & Puducherry ministers A Namassivayam & Lakshminarayanan.
