By a Staff Reporter: The town of Mazar-i-Sharif in Afghanistan was shaken by two consecutive blasts on Thursday. The blast killed 9 people and injured 13 others. This time the IS or Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the twin blasts at Mazar-e-Sharif. The first blast occurred near an educational institution in Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan, on Thursday. The next explosion was in a car.
