By A Staff Reporter : The brave step taken by the Indian Army to rescue two youths trapped in Chenab river near Paddar Vil Sohal in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir is being praised on social media.The Indian Army recently conducted a rescue operation, which is a testament to the courage.That video is already viral on social media.The visual shows soldiers doing rappelling across the river to rescue the two. As the water level of the river Kharsrota continues to rise rapidly in the dark night it would have been unbelievable without seeing the video.Meanwhile, the trapped youths were seen sitting on the partially submerged JCB. The rescue operation lasted for 5 hours.

Incidentally, two youths named Sunil and Bablu got stuck in the river while trying to cross the river in their JCB (Earth-mover) at Shoal village in Paddar area on Saturday evening. As the water level continued to rise, two young men were forced to sit on the roof of a car.
