By A Staff Repoprter : A hearing on the closed door of theTaj Mahal plea will be held on Thursday. The hearing will be held in the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court. The hearing of the petition to open 22 rooms in the historical place has been postponed due to the strike of the Oodh Bar Association. The petition seeks directions from the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to open rooms for testing the presence of Hindu idols on the site. The petition filed by Rajneesh Singh, BJP's media in-charge in Ayodhya, quotes some historians as claiming that the structure is in fact an old Shiva temple. The petition asks the court to allow the ASI to form a special team and inspect the locked houses for centuries.Ahead of the hearing, BJP MP Dia Kumari on Wednesday claimed that the land on which the Taj Mahal stands belonged to Jaipur ruler Jay Singh.
