Abhishek moves SC again in coal smuggling case

Abhishek today approached the Supreme Court challenging the Delhi High Court's order in the Rujira case. Abhishek's lawyer in the Supreme Court Kapil Sibal said that Abhishek-Rujira are always ready to cooperate in the investigation. Come to the house in Kolkata and question Abhishek-Rujira. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court asked the ED why abhishek and his wife were not being questioned by the ED in Kolkata. Why isn't the ED trying to find out whether abhishek-rujis are suspects or witnesses in the case in which they are interrogated?'
