Deadline for submission of report on Pegasus extended

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Pegasus issue has hit the headlines again. The Supreme Court-appointed technical committee has sought more time from the apex court to submit its report on the Pegasus probe. The Supreme Court said the supervisory judge will study the technical committee's report and give his opinion to the court by the end of June. The committee headed by former Supreme Court judge Justice R V Raveendran told the court that at least 29 mobile devices were found with suspected malware and were being examined.
