BY A STAFF REPORTER: Senior congress leader Kapil Sibal has joined the Samajwadi Party. Sibal joined the party on Wednesday in Lucknow holding the hand of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav. Akhilesh is sending him to the Rajya Sabha. Kapil Sibal has filed his nomination papers on behalf of the Samajwadi Party. It is to be noted that Kapil Sibal has handled several important ministries in Manmohan Singh. He held several ministries from 2004 to 2014.
