By A Staff Reporter : BJP MP Subramanian Swamy has written a letter to the Election Commission (EC) seeking action against MK Stalin-led Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK).The letter came in the wake of some DMK leaders calling for 'genocide' of Brahmins in the state.The BJP MP has asked the Rajya Sabha member election panel to cancel the DMK's registration for such remarks by party leaders.He also asked the Election Commission to cancel the DMK's election symbol.The BJP MP wrote to the ECI that the statement made by DMK spokesperson and Rajiv Gandhi that Brahmins should be victims of genocide was a violation of the Representation of the People Act (RPA).
