In the last 24 hours, 8,329 people have been infected with corona in the country, 10 have died.

BY A STAFF REPORTER:  According to data provided by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Saturday, 8,329 people have been infected with corona in the country in the last 24 hours. That's a lot more than yesterday. Of these, 3,081 people were infected in a day in Maharashtra alone. Nearly 2000 people were infected in a day in Mumbai.

According to the health ministry's bulletin, 10 people have lost their lives in a single day in India. The total number of covid deaths in the country so far is 5 lakh 24 thousand 757. Currently, the number of active cases in the country has increased to 40,370. The rate of active cases across the country has increased to 0.09 per cent. In the last 24 hours, 4,216 people have recovered from corona. The recovery rate is 98.69 per cent.
