Government shuts out Howrah CP and Howrah rural Police chief, Praveen Tripathi to replace Sudhakar

After the violence and mayhem, Mamata Banerjee government in a knee jerk move shunted out Howrah police commissioner Sudhakar. He will be replaced by the current additional Commissioner of police Kolkata, Praveen Tripathi.

The government has also shown the door to SP Howrah Rural Soumya Ray. A sudden protest has led to 11 hour traffic congestion and subsequent violence and looting over the last two days.
