What is the Special CP saying about the police permission in the protest of Congress?

By A Staff Reporter : The Congress is protesting in the capital against the ED's summon to Rahul Gandhi. 

Special CP Sagar Preet Huja (Law and Order) said in this regard, ''Congress leaders last night gave us a letter asking their 200 office-bearers, MPs, senior leaders and 1,000 workers to go to the AICC office.We have made it clear that if they want to hold a big rally, they can go to Jantar Mantar.This morning, we got a list of 196 people to visit the AICC office, then they corrected it and made a list of 214 people. We allowed them and detained unauthorized collectors in several places. The situation and traffic is normal now.Protests are not allowed in the area. Section 144 has already been issued. The Supreme Court has some guidelines and according to our own SOP, we could not give permission. We allowed 100 people to go to the AICC office and the rest were allowed to protest in Jantar Mantar.''
