BY A STAFF REPORTER: Maharashtra minister Eknath Shinde, who rebelled against Bala Sahab's son Uddhav Thackeray, named his group 'Shiv Sena Balasaheb'. Eknath Shinde camp leader, MLA and former Union minister of state for home Deepak Kesarkar. MLA Deepak Kesarkar said the group formed by Eknath Shinde has been named 'Shiv Sena Balasaheb'. According to shiv sena founder Bala Saheb Thackeray's ideology, the Eknath Shindes will join hands with the BJP and fight for Hindutva. The opposition camp alleged that Uddhav had actually mortgaged the Shiv Sena to the NCP and sat on the chief minister's chair.
Meanwhile, speculations are rife that 38 rebel Shiv Sena MLAs, including Eknath Shinde, are joining the BJP in the next two to three days. BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis has started trying to form the government in Maharashtra.
