Assam minister rows as others wade through ankle deep water: video viral on social media

Little realising that the water is only ankle deep and people was walking across, Baidya got into a boat and began to row it. Finding that the boat is not moving in ankle deep water, Baidya got a help to push the boat. Onlookers watched and smiled as the minister’s only boat tried to make way through the water. A local took a video and it soon trolled with netizens making a fun of the minister.​
