The Badminton World Championships are scheduled to begin from August 22. Several Indian stars will take part in the competition. 




India had won two medals in the last edition of the tournament. Lakshya Sen and Kidambi Srikanth won medals for the country. Kidambi Srikanth, Lakshya Sen and Saina Nehwal are the strong contenders to win medals for India in the upcoming tournament. There is also the pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty.
