Former J&K CM and senior ex-Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, who quit the party recently, arrives at Jammu, to hold a public meeting today at Sainik Colony here. Sources claim that Azad may announce the formation of his new party at the rally. Last week, the former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister had said that he would soon launch a new party. He said the first unit will be in Jammu and Kashmir, where elections are scheduled to be held.
