BY A STAFF REPORTER: North Korea has declared itself a nuclear power by passing a law. Kim Jong Un has ruled out any talks on the issue of nuclear disarmament, saying the decision will not change. According to sources, North Korea has also included the right to nuclear attack in self-defense in the newly passed law. Despite the sanctions, the country has conducted six nuclear missile tests between 2006 and 2017.
