BY A STAFF REPORTER: Police have arrested two persons on charges of cheating through ATM cards. The police also recovered Rs 30,000 of the Rs 40,000 that the fraudsters had withdrawn from multiple ATMs and both the accused were lodged at poonch police station. The arrestees were identified as Zakir Hossain and Sakhi Ahmed. FIR No. 188/2022 Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against the two of them at Poonch police station.
