By a Staff Reporter: A situation of panic was created around the railway block in Dankuni on Wednesday. Rail blockade continues in Dankuni on the charge of illegally fining hawkers. As a result, the situation becomes increasingly complicated.
As a result of which rail traffic was stopped for 2 hours on Howrah-Barddhaman cord line and Sealdah-Dankuni line. Later, on the assurance of the police, the railway blockade was lifted at around 9:30 pm. However, the RPF has denied the allegations of illegal fines.
