BY A STAFF REPORTER: One of India’s most decorated police officer specialising in counter insurgency operations has been posted as director general of CRPF.
SL Thaosen currently holding dual charge of SSB and ITBP has replaced Kuldeep Singh as chief of one of the biggest para military force of the country.
Thousen had served in the CRPF before joining other para military forces. The new chief of CRPF will head for Jammu and Kashmir on October 3 with the union home minister.
