BY A STAFF REPORTER: The 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China concluded on Saturday. In this, the revised party constitution has been approved by increasing the power of the party's current general secretary and Chinese President Xi Jinping. The Congress is held once every five years. The party's new central committee has also been released. It excludes two leaders who are not close to Xi. Prime Ministers Li Keqiang and Wang Yang have not been included in the new central committee.
