Iran releases more than 700 prisoners after defeating Wales

it is learned that Iran has released more than 700 prisoners after winning the national team's World Cup football match against Wales. The decision was taken by the Iranian administration after a 2-0 win on Friday. 


According to international reports, 709 prisoners have been released from various jails in the country. Iran has been on the boil since the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini on September 16. Many protesters were jailed by the police.
