By a Staff Reporter: Lawmakers in Peru's Congress voted Wednesday to impeach Pedro Castillo as Peru's president. A majority of 101 lawmakers out of 130 in Congress voted to impeach Pedro Castillo.
Now Dina Boluarte sworn in as the new president of Peru. Dina Boluarte is Peru's first female president of Peru. She was previously the Vice President of Peru.
