BY A STAFF REPORTER: On 21 Dec 2022 at about 20:00 hrs, BSF troops detected Drone intrusion from Pak in the AOR of BOP Harbhajan, 101 BN, Ferozepur Sector, district Tarn Taran, following which BSF troops fired heavily on the flying drone.

The area was cordoned off, search for the drone was conducted in the night and in the morning.
In the morning at 8:00 am on 22 Dec 2022, BSF troops recovered the drone in the farm.
Further search in progress to recover contraband.
