However, America's Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has claimed that Russia has not shown any interest in meaningful diplomacy to end the war. "Russia has shown no interest in meaningful diplomacy to end this war. Russia can end the war immediately by withdrawing troops, but we need to see some meaningful evidence that Russia is ready for a fair and sustainable peace negotiation," he said.
