His car met with an accident near Hammadpur Jhal on the Narsan border in Roorkee. Rishabh has been taken to Max Hospital in Dehradun for treatment. He will undergo plastic surgery there. Khanpur MLA Umesh Kumar rushed to the hospital to enquire about his condition.
