Meanwhile, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee condoled Heeraben Modi's death. CM says, "I am deeply saddened by the passing away of Respected Heeraben Modi, the mother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He breathed his last in Ahmedabad in the early hours of Friday. He was 100 years old. Shatayu Hiraben Devi was a symbol of love, patience and confidence. He loved the children very much. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Narendra Modi ji. ''
