By a Staff Reporter: Russia attacked several cities in Ukraine on New Year's Day. As a result of which at least 4 people were killed. However, Russia attacked Kyiv again on Monday morning.
Alerts have already been issued across Kyiv. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko urged everyone to stay at home and said emergency services were in place.
