BY A STAFF REPORTER: The first woman officer to be deployed on the highest battlefield in Siachen. According to the official Twitter account of the Fire and Fury Corps of the Indian Army, Fire and Fury Corps officer Captain Shiv Chauhan is the first woman officer to be operationally deployed at the highest battleground at Kumar Post in the Siachen Glacier. As per Indian Army report, Shiva had to undergo arduous training before her posting in Kumar Post.
