Addressing the summit, PM Modi said, "Our aim is to increase the global voice. India has always shared its development experience with the global South. Our development partnership covers all geographies and different regions. This year, when India launched the G-20 Presidency. Our goal is to raise the voice of the global South. We all have to unite and fight against terrorism. We have supported each other in the fight against foreign rule. ''
