Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Union Budget 2022-23 in the Lok Sabha. Niti Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant has described it as a very progressive budget and praised it, saying that it focuses on future economic development.
Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) KS President Sanjiv Mehta has described the General Budget-2022 as development-oriented. He praised Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for bringing out a bold budget. He also thanked them for not bringing much change in policies.
Stock Exchange (BSE) MD Ashish Chauhan has also described this budget as balanced and growth oriented. He said that the kind of policies given in the budget will help in manufacturing, agro-economy and infrastructure building.
