Delhi Court ask police commissioner to explain fir in cheating case.

On 19th July Monday, Delhi Court directed the commissioner of police to explain the reason of discretion excised by crime branch to the fir in the cheating case.
Delhi police had lodged a fir against Naim Qureshi to crime branch in December 2019. The complaint was done by Ranjan Oberoi accusing him of charges dishonest, cheating, misappropriation of property against Naim Qureshi. After listening to both arguments Delhi Court told that there is no special reason mentioned in the fir as the case was registered in both police station and in crime branch. Naim Qureshi is in judicial custody till 31st July 2021.
