BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ukraine's regional governor, Oleh Sinehubov, said one person was killed in a missile attack on an apartment building in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv. A fire broke out in a part of a residential building in the country's second most populous city. Sinehubov said the attack was carried out in the central Kiev district of the city. Unfortunately, an elderly woman was killed. "
