BY A STAFF REPORTER: Elections began after the Election Act was passed in 1909. At that time, the voter list contained the names of only 50 people, which included both Hindu and Muslim voters. Of the 50 people in the electoral roll found at the academy, 19 are Hindus, and the rest Muslims. At the same time, in the 1945 voter list of the name of the Central Legislative Assembly, there are only Muslim voters.
