Only four people contested the election

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In 1920, when the district board elections were held, there was a voter list of only 50 people, out of which only 4 people contested the election. In which there used to be local board and district board. There were only 4 candidates, and 46 voters. One of those people was the head of the local board. They used to sit in Lucknow or go to Delhi. At that time, there was no election campaign, but advertisements, which were hand-written or printed in the printing press.
