BY A  STAFF REPORTER: At least eight people have been killed in a landslide triggered by heavy rains in peru's southern Arequipa region. Officials said five more people were missing after a landslide near the town of Sekocha in Kamana province following heavy rains last week. Peru's National Emergency Center said search and rescue operations were underway. The Defence Ministry said it was assisting in the effort by providing helicopters, tents, water tanks, sand bags.
