By a Staff Reporter: The EU plans to host a donor conference to mobilize international aid for Syria and Turkey after the devastating earthquake. EU chief Ursula von der Leyen said on Wednesday.
"We are now racing against the clock to save lives together. Turkey and Syria can count on the European Union," she said.
